What I can do at your door
Tune-upAbout 45 minutes
Gears indexed, brakes adjusted, chain cleaned and lubed, every bolt checked to torque.
Bring nothing. I carry the stand, the tools and the lube.
Puncture and wheelAbout 30 minutes
Tube or tubeless repair, spoke tension checked and the wheel trued.
Message a photo of the tyre wall so I bring the right size.
E-bike checkAbout 60 minutes
Brake pads, torque sensor and connector inspection, battery contacts cleaned, firmware version noted.
Motor or battery replacement is quoted separately before any work starts.
Where and when
I come to homes, offices and void decks across the area listed below. Evening slots fill first. Saturday mornings are usually open. If your block needs visitor registration, tell me on WhatsApp and I will register before I ride over.

Before I arrive
Three things make the visit quicker. None of them are compulsory.
- Get the bike to ground level or somewhere with lift access. I work off a folding stand and need about two square metres of flat floor.
- Note the make and the wheel size. The size is printed on the tyre wall, for example 700x32c or 27.5x2.2. A photo on WhatsApp means I bring the right tubes.
- Tell me if your block needs visitor registration. Send the block and unit number and I will register before I ride over.
How a visit works
- Message the fault, the bike and a time window that suits you.
- I reply with a slot, usually the same day. Evening slots go first.
- I fix it at your door. Parts are quoted before they go on, and you pay by PayNow or cash when the job is done.
